Orders with inaccurate payment details or incorrect shipping addresses may experience delays.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Packages are shipped from our warehouse at 8400 New Hampshire Ave, Affton, MO 63123, USA via FedEx, DHL, USPS, and UPS.

Estimated Shipping Time (After Processing):

  • United States: 7-15 business days
  • International (Worldwide): 10-21 business days

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout. We use flat-rate shipping:

For U.S. Orders:

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99 (first item) + $4 (per additional item)

For International Orders:

  • Standard Shipping: $9.99 (first item) + $6 (per additional item)

5. Address Changes & Shipping Restrictions

Updating Your Address:

  • You have 24 hours after placing your order to update your shipping address.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address, including apartment/unit numbers if applicable.

Returned Packages & Delivery Failures

We do not issue refunds if:

  • The package was undeliverable after multiple delivery attempts.
  • The package was refused by the recipient.

No, we do not support multiple shipping addresses for a single order. Please place separate orders for different shipping destinations.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

  • We can ship to PO Boxes.
  • We cannot ship to Military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
